In 20 years of competition in Switzerland, I was trained by Annecke Van Roosebeek former trainer of the Swiss Dressage team, I was also inspired by some star riders through clinics, such as Isabel Werth, Dr. Reiner Klimke, Dr. Gerd Heuschmann and Catherine Henriquet. Later, I became more passionate about teaching the basic foundations of classical dressage.
To western riders I offer the logical exercises and consistency of the dressage training to build a strong and progressive pyramid of development based on your horse’s abilities and your own skills. In short, my job consists in matching your riding and personality with the temper and energy of your horse through better communication and structured exercises.
To dressage riders I offer a better understanding and awareness of your horse’s biomechanics through some structured and logical exercises, in a way that your horse will progressively understand what you are asking for.
Depending on your expectations, i will also be focus on your capacity to ride & think “out of the box”. Sometimes we have to reconsider the way we get used to ride or to approach a problem. Here I will help you to get a better and deeper understanding of your horse, to figure it out together as being a more intuitive and creative rider.
And last but not least, I work in a logical progression of exercises respectful of the physical and mental abilities of your horse : Rhythm => Looseness => Contact => Impulsion => Straightness => Collection
